We are located in Pine Island, NY, a distinct part of New York's Hudson Valley, made famous for it's rich fertile soil and know by locals as "The Heart of the Black Dirt region". Supporting our community and it's many farms is important to us. Whenever possible we incorporate locally available ingredients. Our hand crafted baked goods include: Homemade Classic Cookies, Truffles, Linzer Cookies & Mini Linzer Tarts, Shortbread, Sugar Cookies, and Cupcakes. We also create special orders for Holiday and Wedding occasions!
